We often reject, resist, or retaliate against things that we find unacceptable. This can stem from a deep fear of inviting unpleasantness and challenges through acceptance. A greater fear is stagnation - being stuck with what we find unacceptable.


However, consider this: by not accepting certain situations, are you not already experiencing the very discomfort you are trying to avoid?


What if accepting these situations could liberate you? It is possible to move on, progress, and grow through acceptance. Resistance often hinders your progress, while acceptance can facilitate it. Embracing acceptance can truly enhance your progress.

However, blaming does not help anyone. It is important to take ownership of what is happening around us and to be accountable.
