Exchange resources

What do you have to offer? Resource exchange can be a rewarding experience, whether bartering with neighbors, trading online, or simply sharing with friends and family. Every relationship thrives on the exchange of goods and gifts. However, some individuals may feel burdened because the other party remains unsatisfied no matter how much they give or contribute.

Whenever we give, contribute, or exchange goods with others, it's important to understand the intent behind our actions.

Are we giving to show off? Are we trying to gain acceptance from others?

Do we exchange goods because we feel obligated to reciprocate when we receive something?

Are we unknowingly fulfilling past promises through our contributions?

Are we giving because we haven't received anything in return and want to prove we are generous?

Are we contributing in alignment with our life plan?

You can offer a variety of things, such as food, handmade crafts, ready-made goods, surplus produce, and services like tutoring, elder care assistance, pet-sitting, or periodic gifts for festivals or birthdays. You can also assist those needing support to navigate IT and social media. Just ensure that your intentions are aligned with a higher purpose rather than driven by ego or a sense of helplessness.

Recite these Redikall Statements 3/7/21 times and align with the life plan & life purpose.
