Relax Periodically

Most people keep themselves extremely busy. They are often very dedicated to their families, friends, and work. Rest might feel like a burden or a sign of weakness.

There are several reasons why individuals may find themselves constantly occupied in life:

1. Some may want to shake off the label of being "lazy," so they overcompensate by becoming overly busy.

Take It Easy

Whether it’s work, family, or personal matters, responsibilities are always present. Sometimes, these responsibilities can feel overwhelming and negatively impact our mental, physical, and financial well-being. The reality is that responsibilities are not burdens; our beliefs about them can create a sense of burden.

Let's consider certain responsibilities that often don't feel like burdens. For example, feeding ourselves is undoubtedly our responsibility to eat and stay fit, yet we enjoy it. Dressing up every day or for special occasions is another responsibility we enjoy. When it comes to cooking for family or guests, we continuously invent new dishes and find creative ways to serve them. Preparing for festivities or events is a big responsibility, rather than becoming tired of it, we take pride in making these occasions grand and memorable.

Which responsibilities feel burdensome to us? Are they truly burdens, or do our…

Peacefulness

Peaceful living is more than just the absence of stress. It’s not running away from any kind of unpleasantness nor trying to fix things to be peaceful. it's a state of mind characterized by tranquility, contentment, and harmony. It involves cultivating a sense of inner peace and balance, which can have a profound impact on your physical, mental, and emotional health.

When you are truly peaceful, there is faith that all that is happening to you, or others in your space has a greater purpose and it's meant to happen in a particular manner. The inner peace & faith give you immense strength & patience and make you an observer. Your neutrality clubbed with your observation helps you to look at the big snowball as only a collection of smaller snowballs. You will be able to see there are gaps between the snowballs & you…

Integrate Yourself

Often, we wear masks in front of society, even though we may be sincere and honest, which can lead us to be out of integrity with ourselves. Here are a few examples:

1. We answer a call from a friend, relative, or acquaintance even when tired and desperately wanting to go to bed.

2. We say "yes" to please others to be in their good graces.

Receive resources

From dawn to dusk, we utilize various resources. Air is the most essential resource, yet we often overlook its value. Next, water and food, which are generally available to us. However, the perception of resources can vary significantly among individuals. Some may feel they lack certain resources and dwell on this without considering whether they genuinely need them. Additionally, the availability or scarcity of resources can be influenced by cultural, social, economic, and religious beliefs. Even when resources exist, they may become inaccessible to certain individuals due to these factors.

Many years ago, someone had told me ‘It rains money in Mumbai. You only need to look up to catch it.’

The message/question was clear:

Patience

Patience is a Virtue. When we are patient, we can get the work done amazingly. However, to be patient is an art. It’s easy to get frustrated, irritated, or angry. It takes effort to remain patient. Only when we are patient, can we respond proactively. Or else our impulsive reactions play spoilsport.

Patience is essential for our mental health, relationships, and overall success. It helps reduce stress, make level-headed decisions, and fosters a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

Let’s look at the Benefits of Patience:

Open up to Metaphysical Help

It’s good to be independent and self-reliant. It's best to seek help independently and with self-reliance. Help is available for those who ask for it, whether from family, friends, acquaintances, or metaphysical frequencies. However, we should only seek help from the metaphysical world after trying and failing to get help from others. It should be a last resort for us. Until we are exhausted from trying repeatedly, we may not even ask for help from our Higher Consciousness or the Masters, despite receiving many signals indicating their eagerness to help and guide us.

What stops people from being helped by the Masters can be very interesting. For some, it could be too much responsibility. For some others, it could mean isolation. For someone else, it’s the fear of leaving their material life when they listen to the guidance. Maybe some people…

Feel Loved

Feeling loved is a fundamental human need. It's a source of happiness, comfort, and fulfillment. Whether it's romantic love, familial love, or self-love, experiencing these emotions can significantly enhance our quality of life. However, sometimes it can be challenging to experience this emotion. Whether you're struggling with a difficult relationship, feeling lonely, or want to deepen your sense of self-love, there are steps you can take to cultivate a more fulfilling emotional life.

How you treat yourself is often reflected in how the world treats you. While you may be aware of this, putting it into practice can be challenging. If you consistently prioritize others over yourself, you may find it difficult to feel loved by those around you. It's not that there is no love but that their love may not reach you.

So, treat yourself with kindness and understanding, just as you…

Align Dreams and Visions

Finding ways to align our individual goals with a larger, more meaningful purpose is important. It can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from the larger purpose.

However, finding alignment between your dreams and visions and a greater cause can provide a sense of direction and motivation. By aligning your personal goals and connecting your dreams and visions with the greater good, you can achieve your dreams and experience deeper fulfillment through your positive contribution to the world around you.

We all work on ourselves to improve our positive mindset, for our health, finances, relationships, or satisfaction in our everyday life. It’s like sweeping every nook & corner to keep the house shining. However, what happens if you throw the dust/garbage on the road/empty site or in the neighbors' area? The toxins spread everywhere including your house. So, we can’t just thin…
